Returns
Refunds/Exchanges, Faulty Items
Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, a consumer may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described. We require you to show that the product has been bought within 30 days, thus proof of purchase will need to be shown if a refund is desired. An inspection of the product will be needed to confirm that the customer is not responsible for the fault. You will be refunded in the same method that you paid with unless the return is less than five pounds in which case you will be refunded by cash. If you do not know which method you used to pay with we will refund you via card. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items.
Refunds, Other
Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, a consumer may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described. We require you to show that the product has been bought within 30 days, thus proof of purchase will need to be shown. You will be refunded in the same method that you paid with unless the return is less than five pounds in which case you will be refunded by cash. If you do not know which method you used to pay with we will refund you via card. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items. All refunds must meet the following requirement: any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that it is undamaged and unused.
Exchanges
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 30 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. We offer an extended exchange policy during the summer period; if you purchase your item after the 20th of July you may exchange the product at any time up until the 10th of September, unless your standard 30 days exceeds that date. All exchanges must meet the following requirement: any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned to us in the condition you received it – in its original packaging, with tags, unused, clean and free from odour, make-up or deodorant..

Products Bought Over the Phone/Online
If you buy online or by phone you are entitled to a full refund or an exchange within 30 days. We will refund your postage and send the new product(s) out to you as soon as possible, if applicable. We do not accept any responsibility for mislaid return parcels.

Exceptional Items
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on leotards, swimming costumes (unless hygiene strip is still on) or swimming trunks. In this light, we strongly recommend trying on products in store in which case we can confirm hygiene standards are met.
Socks, shirts, tights, swimming caps and other products must be returned in the packaging you are sold to them in. It is up to our discretion if we allow a refund/exchange.
Ballet & other dance shoes (i.e. jazz, syllabus and tap) will not be refunded, as we offer a fitting service in store. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you self-fit the shoes you take full responsibility for the product being unsuitable. If you are unsure on size we strongly recommend bringing your child in for a fitting as, particularly with ballet shoes, the sizes vary greatly from brand to brand.
Returned goods will be checked upon receipt and we are unable to refund/exchange items which are marked, show signs of wear or are not in their original packaging.

Payments
We accept most major credit and debit cards. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within ten days and is in new condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See Returns section above, for details. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. At times, due to on-line promotions, prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the web-site may differ from prices in store.

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute a suitable alternative product of equal quality and value. Labels may vary from those shown.
